A bigger version of the highly successful 6mm size.
Slip onto hook before tying the lure, or else can be threaded onto the leader before attaching the lure.
This 10mm size creates a bigger disturbance through the water and works the wing materials that much more due to the turbulence of water past the edge of the cone. The holes also allow water to stream through, which makes fine material fibres like marabou and hair tremble and shimmer.
